FT Partners Served as Financial Advisor to TabaPay on its $155 million Series B Financing

- On September 2, 2026, TabaPay announced a $155 million Series B financing led by FTV Capital
- In conjunction with the financing, TabaPay also announced its intent to acquire Transact Bank, N.A., an OCC federally chartered and FDIC-insured bank based in Denver, Colorado

Significance of Transaction
- The investment and planned acquisition will support TabaPay’s continued expansion, deliver enhanced client solutions through vertical integration and strengthen its integrated payments and money movement capabilities
- Once fully operational, TabaBank will complement TabaPay’s existing partner bank network, providing additional redundancy and expertise for complex use cases while supporting all major money movement rails, including RTP and FedNow, ACH and wires, and card sponsorship across Visa, Mastercard, Discover and regional networks
- The investment is expected to qualify TabaBank as an acquirer for all industries across all major card networks and will also serve to accelerate TabaPay’s product roadmap, including developing innovative merchant liquidity solutions and pursuing strategic acquisitions
