Riya Grover is the Co-founder and CEO at Sequence. Sequence, backed by a16z with $33 million raised, is building the first agentic platform for accounts receivable, giving B2B companies with custom pricing and sales contracts a platform to automate revenue collection from contract to close. Prior to building Sequence, Riya built Feedr, a venture backed software company that exited to public company, Compass Group, in 2020. Riya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (2015) and a BA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.
AXEL DEMAZY
Axel Demazy is the CEO of Spendesk, Europe’s leading AI-powered spend management and spend intelligence platform for mid-market businesses. Spendesk enables finance teams to manage all indirect spend, from intent to settlement, through a single platform combining AI-powered automation, real-time insights and proprietary payment rails. Serving around 3,000 companies across Europe, Spendesk processes more than €10 billion in annual customer spend data, helping businesses make smarter decisions, improve control and create more value from every euro they spend. Before joining Spendesk, Axel was Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Jellysmack, where he helped scale the company into a global unicorn. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Boston Consulting Group, becoming a Partner and specializing in AI and digital transformation. Axel is a graduate of CentraleSupélec.
CHAZ ENGLANDER
Chaz Englander is Co-Founder of Model ML, one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies transforming how professional services firms operate. Alongside his brother Arnie, Chaz previously built and exited two successful tech startups: Fat Llama (acquired by Hygglo) and Fancy (acquired by GoPuff). Together they have established themselves as two of the UK’s leading digital entrepreneurs, and the only founders to have been through Y Combinator’s world-renowned program three times.
Model ML is the agentic operating system for financial and professional services. The company builds custom and off-the-shelf agents which create, review and verify complex, document-heavy workflows for global investment banks, private equity houses, consulting firms and other major financial institutions, including FT Partners, PwC, and Deloitte. The company has raised nearly $100M from investors and has expanded across the UK, US, UAE, Japan, and Singapore.
TROY POSPISIL
Troy is Ontra's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has led the company from inception to becoming the market-leading provider of contract automation and intelligence to the private markets. Ontra now has over 350 employees, offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, and investors such as Blackstone and Battery Ventures. Prior to Ontra, Troy worked in private equity investing at H.I.G. Capital, where he made majority buyout investments in middle-market companies in financial technology and logistics. Earlier, he worked in management consulting at Monitor Deloitte, where he focused on M&A due diligence and integration. Troy is an active mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters, Los Angeles (BBBSLA). Troy holds a B.A. from New York University. Based in Los Angeles, Troy enjoys sailing, biking, reading, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
VICTOR LUGGER
Victor Lugger is the co-founder and CEO of sunday, the AI payment platform transforming restaurant checkout. Founded in 2021, sunday began with a simple QR code that made paying at the table faster and easier. Today, the company is evolving into a broader guest-intelligence platform, combining payments, ordering, staff tools, guest data and loyalty to help restaurants streamline operations, strengthen direct relationships with guests and increase revenue.
sunday is building toward a Guest Operating System for Hospitality, a platform designed to power how guests discover, order, pay and engage with restaurants globally. Its products already include AI-powered capabilities such as smarter tip recommendations, while its broader roadmap extends toward more personalized guest experiences, actionable restaurant intelligence and AI-enabled operational insights. The Company is now processes more than $5 billion in annual payment volume across thousands of restaurants. Its core markets are the United States, the United Kingdom and France.
Victor also co-founded Big Mamma Group with Tigrane Seydoux in 2013, a restaurant group with 35+ locations, with the ambition of bringing authentic Italian food to distinctive spaces around the world. His experience building and scaling a restaurant group shaped sunday’s focus on the operational realities of hospitality, from staff experience and table turns to payment friction and guest relationships.
